About The Position
The position involves overseeing and supporting the subrogation of cargo claims against third-party transportation providers within the Logistics organization. The role focuses on ensuring that cargo claims are settled in a timely manner, adhering to industry standards and best practices, while maintaining a high level of service sensitivity. The individual will work closely with internal operations, external shipping customers, third-party motor carriers, and insurance carriers to effectively manage and resolve cargo claims.
