About the position
The Cargo Associate (Courier) at LBC Express Inc. is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through the pick-up, safekeeping, and delivery of boxes and shipments. Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer service requirements by picking up, safeguarding, and delivering boxes/shipments.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages to customers.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Assist in logistics operations as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
- Ability to speak and understand Filipino/Tagalog is preferred.
