As a Cargo Agent, you will be the face of Delta cargo by interacting directly with customers face to face and over the phone. This position is an entry-level customer service agent position. Our leaders provide mentorship to help prepare you to advance your career! Scheduling is based on operational needs. Shifts range from early morning to overnight. Each station is different based on its individual flight schedule. You will also work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority.
