POSITION TITLE CareScout Partnerships Intern – Summer 2026 POSITION LOCATION This position is available to remote applicants residing in states/locations under Eastern or Central Standard Time: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington DC, Vermont, West Virginia or Wisconsin. YOUR ROLE We are seeking a partnerships intern to support our B2B Partnerships team as they bring CareScout services to our insurance carrier clients. This role will build experience in client management, business development, managing projects and working across internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Business Analytics, or related
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week during the summer (June-August)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, basic Excel)
  • Detail and goal oriented, communicates clearly, professional, comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences and able to take direction
  • Interest in client services/ management, business development, partnerships

Responsibilities

  • Supporting regular client interactions: developing client-facing materials, creating meeting agendas, taking and sharing meeting notes and delivering written communications and deliverables to client partners
  • Managing projects: keeping priority workstreams organized and on time, supporting internal meetings with agendas and notes, communicating outcomes and next steps to key stakeholders
  • Supporting business development strategy: researching prospective clients, updating pitch materials
