About The Position

Are you an experienced caregiver (5-10 years) with a love for the elderly? Do you have experience with in-home care? Are you a "people person"? We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and organized Caregiving Coordinator who can also train and mentor others. This part-time position is perfect for an outgoing, energetic caregiver. Responsibilities will include working very closely with our owner/director to help bring in new clients, performing in-home assessments, hosting fun group activities and celebrations within the facilities we serve, training and mentoring new employees, and of course providing some caregiving yourself, when needed. No two days are ever alike! Having your own, reliable vehicle is a necessity, as our territory encompasses several zip codes. Live your best life possible while helping others live theirs. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a caregiver (5+ years preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills — capable of mentoring or guiding newer team members
  • Open/flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to match our active clients!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using a variety of online platforms and apps
  • Passion for helping others and a professional, can-do attitude
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Creativity and a heart for fun!
