About The Position

We are looking for experienced caregivers that are interested in parttime work, Sundays 5pm-10pm and fill-in shifts throughout the week. Our Caregivers are not only reliable, dependable and honest, but also compassionate and caring. Pay rate is $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must have Gait Belt experience
• Ability to interpret the client’s provided plan of care
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations
• Must be able to be reached via phone or email for shift schedules, client updates and/or emergencies
• Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
• nonsmoker

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care, a plus!

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, and feeding
• Assist with transfers using a gait belt
• Providing companionship and conversation
• Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing
• Laying out clothes and assisting with dressing
• Planning and preparing meals
• Providing medication reminders
