Caregivers - Arabic Speaking
About The Position
Caring Senior Service is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support seniors in their homes across all shifts—mornings, days, evenings, nights, and weekends. We proudly serve a diverse community and are especially looking for caregivers who speak Arabic to better support our clients and families. If you have experience in memory care, dementia, or Alzheimer’s disease, your skills are highly valued and needed. From morning routines to overnight reassurance, caregivers provide essential support that keeps seniors safe, comfortable, and independent. Your presence helps reduce isolation, prevent falls, manage daily care needs, and bring peace of mind to families—no matter the hour of the day.
Requirements
- Caregiving or CNA experience preferred (but compassionate caregivers are encouraged to apply)
- Arabic-speaking caregivers strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- A patient, dependable, and compassionate approach to care
Nice To Haves
- Experience with memory care, dementia, or Alzheimer’s disease is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship, supervision, and emotional support
- Assist with personal care and all ADLs (bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
- Support clients with meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Assist with errands and transportation
- Provide memory care support, including redirection, routine-building, and reassurance for clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s
- Monitor safety and respond calmly to changing needs
