About The Position

We are seeking dedicated caregivers for immediate openings in St Clair Shores at Jefferson Ave, between 12 mile and 13 mile roads. Our service area includes Detroit, Harrison Twp, Sterling Heights, Madison Heights, and surrounding cities. This is not a facility-based position; instead, you will provide one-on-one care in clients' homes. We offer various shifts including contingent, part-time, PRN, and full-time hours. The minimum pay starts at $16, with potential for more based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• At least 1 year of direct hands-on caregiver experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
• Flexibility to pick up shifts on short notice

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home care settings
• Certification in dementia care or willingness to obtain
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care in clients' homes
