About The Position

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aids and Certified Nursing Assistants to service our clients in the Richmond area. We are a non-skilled home care agency that focuses on meeting the needs of our clients while helping them remain happy, healthy, and at home. Requirements

• Must have PCA Certificate or non-expired Certification for CNA.
• Eligibility to work in the US (Social Security Card, Passport, Driver’s License, Birth Certificate, etc.).
• Certification of Completion from an approved 40 hour PCA class.
• CNA license, if applicable.
• PPD/TB test or Chest X-ray (less than 5 years) - willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation.
• First Aid/CPR card - willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to clients in their homes.
• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
