About The Position

Caring Senior Service of Phoenix Central is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are available for evening, overnight, and night shifts. Night caregivers play a critical role in keeping seniors safe, calm, and comfortable during the most vulnerable hours of the day. If you’re reliable, patient, and attentive—and prefer working nights—we want you on our team. Many seniors experience confusion, anxiety, sundowning, mobility challenges, or sleep disruptions during nighttime hours. Your presence provides reassurance, fall prevention, medication reminders, and immediate support when needs arise. Night caregivers bring peace of mind to families knowing their loved ones are not alone.

Requirements

• Experience caring for seniors or adults (CNA strongly encouraged to apply)
• Availability for evening, overnight, or night shifts
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• A calm, compassionate, and dependable approach to care

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight companionship, supervision, and reassurance
• Assist with personal care, toileting, repositioning, and mobility
• Support seniors with nighttime routines and safety monitoring
• Help with meals, light housekeeping, and comfort needs
• Assist with errands or transportation when applicable
