About The Position

Visiting Angels of Mainline is currently searching for Dynamic Angels with experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, or Direct Care Staff to work in and around MainLine. ALL SHIFTS NEEDED.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience, working with seniors preferred
• A compassionate, upbeat attitude and love for the senior community
• Driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and current auto insurance preferably
• Completed or ability to have a 2-Step PPD, QuantiFERON Gold, or Chest X-Ray completed
• References, background checks, and drug screening will be performed

Nice To Haves

• Dementia /Alzheimer’s/ Hospice care experience is a plus
• Good communication skills in Spanish, Russian, or Italian would be also a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform all non-medical home care services as needed
• Perform personal care assistance, including bathing and grooming
• Companionship and friendship for seniors and their loved ones
• Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and other errands
• Maintain communication between seniors, their family members, co-workers, and office staff
