About The Position
Home Care Assistance of Philadelphia is seeking dedicated caregivers to join our team in Lansdale, PA. Our mission is to change the way the world ages by providing elderly adults with quality care that enables them to live happier, healthier lives in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently hiring for both part-time and full-time positions, offering competitive pay rates ranging from $15 to $17 per hour. Caregivers will work 8 to 12 hour daytime shifts, providing essential support to our clients. As a caregiver, you will assist elderly clients with daily living activities, which may include transfers, bathing, grooming, and medication reminders. We prioritize matching caregivers with clients based on skill level, personality traits, and preferences to foster long-term relationships. In addition to personal care, responsibilities may also include light housekeeping, running errands, meal preparation, and laundry. Our office team provides round-the-clock support to ensure caregivers have the resources they need to succeed in their roles. We are looking for compassionate individuals who have a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care. If you have past experience as a caregiver, whether professionally or through family support, we encourage you to apply. We value reliability and require caregivers to have valid transportation, a driver's license, and insurance. Additionally, candidates must be able to pass a background check and provide excellent references from previous employers or supervisors. Current health requirements include a 2-step PPD, Quantiferon Gold test, or chest x-ray. In-person interviews are required, and applicants must be willing to come to our office in Chalfont, PA for the interview and to complete necessary paperwork.
