About The Position
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Caregivers/Home Care Aides to provide quality, in-home care to our clients. If you have a heart for helping others and want a flexible, rewarding career, we would love to hear from you. As a caregiver, you will assist clients with daily activities while promoting their comfort, dignity, and independence in their own homes.
Requirements
- Caregiving experience preferred (personal or professional)
- CNA certification is a plus
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Good communication skills
- Ability to pass background check and reference check
- Reliable transportation is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Remind clients to take medications as prescribed
- Observe and report changes in the client’s condition
- Follow individualized care plans and company policies
