About The Position

About us We are professional, agile and professional. Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse - Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Help patients with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning - Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure - Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for patients - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care - Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide emotional support Skills: - Ability to lift and move patients safely and with proper body mechanics - Experience in assisted living or long-term care settings preferred - Knowledge of patient care techniques and infection control protocols - Valid driver's license for transportation purposes - Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members - Understanding of social work principles for providing holistic care to patients - Familiarity with dementia care practices and behavior management techniques - Previous experience in homecare or related fields is a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Requirements
