What You’ll Do Memory Care Support: Assist seniors with Alzheimer’s or dementia by maintaining routines, providing redirection, and offering reassurance. Personal Care: Support bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, and medication reminders. Companionship & Cognitive Engagement: Engage clients through conversation, music, activities, and memory-supportive interactions. Light Housekeeping & Meal Preparation: Cooking, laundry, errands, and maintaining a safe, calm environment. Requirements

1+ year of caregiving experience, especially with seniors or adults with disabilities
Alzheimer’s or dementia care experience strongly preferred
Understanding of memory loss behaviors, redirection techniques, and patience-based care
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
A compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to caregiving

Responsibilities

Assist seniors with Alzheimer’s or dementia by maintaining routines, providing redirection, and offering reassurance.
Support bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, and medication reminders.
Engage clients through conversation, music, activities, and memory-supportive interactions.
Cooking, laundry, errands, and maintaining a safe, calm environment.
Fall prevention, wandering awareness, and supervision to ensure client safety.
