Requirements

• Two years supervisory or management experience in home care preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Leadership skills, human relations abilities, customer satisfaction skills, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and willing to learn

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all office positions
• Leadership and training for office staff
• Maintains client and employee relationships and supportive documentation
• Responsibility for meeting goals set by franchise owner
