About The Position

SYNERGY HomeCare of Northeast Metro is seeking experienced Caregivers (CNA's) for overnight shifts, both awake and sleep hours. The position offers a competitive hourly pay range starting at $18 and going up to $40, depending on experience and length of shift. Caregivers will provide essential services to clients every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday, and will be matched with clients as close to their location as possible. The role emphasizes building meaningful relationships with clients and supporting them in daily functions such as meal preparation, light exercise, local transportation, social interactions, and housekeeping.

Requirements

• Experience in homemaking, cooking, cleaning, and assisting individuals in need.
• Reliable transportation with a current driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass a state background check and complete MN Department of Health Training.
• Proof of a negative TB test.
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ADLs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
• Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as meal prep, light exercise, and housekeeping.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients to enhance their quality of life.
• Ensure client safety and comfort during overnight shifts.
