About The Position

SYNERGY HomeCare of Northeast Metro is seeking experienced Caregivers (CNA's) for weekend shifts. The position offers a competitive hourly pay range starting at $17 and going up to $40, depending on experience and length of shift. Caregivers will provide essential services to clients every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday, and will be matched with clients in their local area to minimize commuting. The role involves building meaningful relationships with clients and assisting them with daily functions such as meal preparation, light exercise, local transportation, social interactions, and housekeeping.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent education level.
• Reliable transportation with a current driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass a state background check and complete MN Department of Health Training.
• Proof of a negative TB test.
• Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with homemaking, cooking, and cleaning.
• Experience with assisting individuals with disabilities or elderly clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal prep, light exercise, and housekeeping.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients to enhance their quality of life.
• Ensure client safety and comfort during care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
