About The Position

REM Arrowhead, a member of the Sevita family, provides services for Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Traumatic Brain Injury, Autism, and other complex needs. As a Full Time Caregiver, you will earn $16.00 per hour in Duluth, MN. You will be proud of rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well. You will develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve and experience ownership and trust from your leaders to do what’s right for participants. Your role will involve taking initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities, as well as supporting participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. You’ll assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills in communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Responsibilities
