About The Position
As a Caregiver at Brookdale Folsom, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing compassionate and personalized care. This position is full-time and requires working the PM shift from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, including weekends. You will be compensated with a shift differential of $1 for PM shifts, $1 for weekend shifts, and $2 for night shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily activities, ensuring they maintain their dignity and independence. This includes helping with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as light housekeeping duties like vacuuming, dusting, and washing dishes. You will also engage residents in meaningful conversations, providing them with the companionship and attentive care they deserve.
