About The Position
Right at Home is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team in the East Bay area. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing essential support and companionship. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse population, including individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other health conditions. You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting their independence in a comfortable and caring environment. Your responsibilities will include engaging clients in indoor and outdoor activities, providing homemaker services such as light housekeeping and meal preparation, and offering personal care assistance. You will also monitor medication schedules and provide transportation for errands, ensuring that clients receive the care they need while maintaining their dignity and respect.
