About The Position
Girling Personal Care, a member of the Gentiva family, is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to join our team in Burleson, Texas. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will be responsible for assisting elderly and/or disabled individuals in their homes or places of residence. This position requires a caring and dependable individual who can perform day-to-day caregiving activities based on approved tasks. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care assistance, preparing meals, assisting with grocery and personal shopping, running errands, and performing light housekeeping tasks. You will follow company policies and the individualized care plan for each patient, ensuring that their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
