About The Position

Requirements

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties.
• High School diploma or GED accepted, may be required per state regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to make choices and act in the resident's best interest.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent in organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

• Previous experience in senior care or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families while assisting with activities of daily living.
• Notify management of changes in residents' conditions and recommend adjustments in care.
• Assist residents in life skills and other enriching activities as indicated on their profiles.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and monthly updates.
• Monitor and check on designated residents throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote Risk Management programs.
• Respond to dining needs of residents and guests while maintaining service standards.
• Encourage and assist residents in life skills and activities as indicated on ISP.
