Responsibilities

• Assist residents based on their resident-directed care plan with personal cares such as bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, and showers.
• Respond to resident call-lights.
• Document care provided in the resident's electronic medical record system.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in resident rooms and work areas.
• Operate equipment and service meals to residents.
