About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Hope Senior Home Care. The ideal candidate will ensure the comfort and safety of our clients, who primarily reside on the North and East Side of the Detroit area, including The Grosse Pointes, St. Clair Shores, Eastpointe, and Clinton Township. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting patients with their activities of daily living, which includes tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be required to record patient information accurately, provide medication reminders, and offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for our clients. Maintaining a healthy and safe environment is crucial, and you will be expected to check vital signs and assist with transfers for some clients. The role requires a compassionate individual who is sensitive to the needs of others. You will be working closely with clients who may have specific health conditions, so experience with Diabetes, Catheter Care, or Feeding Tube Care is considered a plus.
