About The Position

Right at Home Spokane, a locally owned in‑home care agency, is hiring Personal Caregivers for seniors and adults living at home throughout Spokane County. We offer full-time and part-time Caregiver jobs with flexible schedules and strong support from our office team.
Pay: $20–$22/hour, depending on experience and certification

Requirements

• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Able to pass a written competency test, drug screen, and nationwide background check
• Reliable, honest, energetic, and truly committed to helping others

Nice To Haves

• HCA or CNA preferred, but not required – we pay for training
• If you have experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HCA, or in senior care, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Help with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming
• Support with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders and companionship
• Work in clients’ homes with a variety of shift times
