About The Position

We’re seeking dedicated caregivers to serve clients in McCandless, Wexford, Cranberry, Mars, Valencia, Allison Park, Gibsonia, Glenshaw, the North Hills, and nearby communities. We are looking for employees who want to work part-time -- offering you the opportunity to provide one-on-one caregiving to seniors in your area. With the flexibility of making your own schedule, you get to choose what days and times of the week you want to work! We need people who are available all hours of the day and night. Shifts range in length of 4 hours-8 hours-12 hours. Must have a current and valid driver's license, car insurance in your name, and a reliable vehicle to drive to your clients' homes. Requirements

• Must have a current and valid driver's license
• Car insurance in your name
• Reliable vehicle to drive to your clients' homes
• Pass an onboard drug screening
• Pass Criminal background report and Motor Vehicle Report
• Must be able to read and follow detailed care plans and write detailed notes on each shift
• Ability to lift 50lbs. in order to transfer clients from bed to wheelchair to toilet, etc.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend for long periods of time

Nice To Haves

• License or certification for HHA, PCA or CNA (not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care for seniors, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and document patient observations, adhering to care plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
• Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed, ensuring reliable transportation.
