What You'll Do: Provide hands-on care with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility Assist residents with meals and hydration, including after-meal care Help keep residents safe and comfortable, always observing and reporting changes Maintain a clean, warm, and welcoming environment Support residents during move-ins, appointments, and community activities Protect resident privacy and follow HIPAA and safety standards Work closely with nurses and fellow team members to meet individual care needs Build meaningful connections with residents and their families What We're Looking For: Passion for working with seniors and individuals with memory loss Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Ability to read and follow care plans and safety protocols Dependable, compassionate, and ready to make a difference every day Experience preferred but not required – we provide training! Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks Pass background screening and health requirements Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain) Why Columbia Place?
