About The Position

The Neighborhood Retirement Community is a beautiful CCRC in Rio Rancho. We are currently looking for compassionate and talented Caregivers to join our Assisted Living and Memory Support teams! After 90 days in good standing, our Caregivers are trained to become Medication Technicians, which includes a higher wage and broadening their skill set. This position is responsible for providing assistance in the area of medication administration and personal care assistance to our residents. At the core, the goal is to provide meaningful interactions with our residents on an as needed basis in an appropriate yet highly individualized manner. Wages: $15.00 - $20.00 / hr DOE Shift differentials: NOC shift $1.75 / hr We are hiring for: FTE AM (6:00am - 2:30pm); rotation is Sun - Th or Tues - Sat About us: The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho, NM is a senior living community that cares about our residents and our staff.
