Requirements

  • HHA certification or CAN license (Requiered)
  • CPR or BLS certification (Requiered)
  • Reliable transportation to take you to and from clients homes (Requiered)
  • Kind, compassionate, and patient
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ready to follow care plans and help clients feel comfortable

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
  • Caregiving experience is great but not required

Responsibilities

  • Help with daily activities: bathing, grooming, dressing, and moving around safely.
  • Remind and support clients with their medications.
  • Plan and prep meals, making sure everyone eats healthy and stays hydrated.
  • Spend time chatting, reading, playing games, or going out to appointments — be a friend and companion!
  • Keep an eye on your clients’ health and report any changes.
