About The Position

Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide in-home support for a client in Milwaukee. This role focuses on assisting with personal care and daily living activities while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Experience with incontinence care is strongly preferred
• Ability to safely assist with transfers and mobility
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow a personalized care plan

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing and showering
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with dressing and personal grooming
• Prepare simple meals
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Assist with grocery shopping
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment
• Schedule appointments with physicians and labs
• Provide incontinence care assistance
• Assist with mobility and be able to safely support client’s weight as needed
