Requirements

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
Reliable, honest, and compassionate with a genuine desire to help others

Nice To Haves

HCA or CNA certification

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
Work one-on-one with clients in their homes, with varied shifts and activities
