Requirements
- Warm, patient, and highly dependable
- Confident providing hands-on personal care
- Comfortable assisting with bedside commode use
- Able to create calm, predictable routines
- Strong communicator with a naturally reassuring presence
- Comfortable working in a smoking environment
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Proof of auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle
- Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
- 18 years or older
- Able to pass background screening
- Physically able to assist with personal care and household tasks
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting emotional or behavioral needs preferred
Responsibilities
- Personal care and ADLs
- Assistance with bedside commode and mobility needs
- Light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable, welcoming space
- Meal support (client remains actively involved in cooking)
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and emotional reassurance
- Helping maintain a calm, structured morning routine
