Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (required).
1+ year(s) of professional caregiving or related experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compassion, patience, and reliability.
Physical ability to safely perform transfers and caregiving duties.

Nice To Haves

Completion of a state-approved caregiver or aide training program (preferred but not required in PA).
CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

Personal Care & Daily Living Assistance Provide help with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Health & Safety Support Give medication reminders as directed.
Accompany clients to medical appointments or community activities.
Observe, record, and report changes in client condition to supervisors.
Follow infection control and safety procedures consistently.
Professional Excellence Maintain confidentiality and dignity for all clients.
