About The Position

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role focuses on helping people grow, learn, and live well, developing meaningful relationships with individuals, and supporting them in community activities and developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Caregivers also assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs. Requirements

• No High School Diploma required in MN
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
