Requirements
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but NOT required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes
- Background check clearance
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Transport clients to appointments and errands when required
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client’s condition
