About The Position

English Rose is seeking a FT/PT Caregiver - (CNA, HHA, PCA) to join our team to provide care & engagement with our residents. Our staff to resident ratio is 1: 3 in our homes so you can focus on providing exceptional care and build those relationships with your residents. It's the very reason you decided to become a caregiver, isn't it? Wage Range: $17 - $24 per hour based on experience, certification & expertise. Shift times: 2p-10p (every other weekend required). Requirements

Relationship focused compassionate caregiver (HHA, Resident Assistant, PCA, CNA)
Higher wages and preference given to Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing on the MN Nursing Assistant registry
Passion for leading engaging activities with residents to ensure their holistic well-being
Able to pass the MDH background check & tuberculosis screening
Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be on your feet for majority of your shift
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
Professional and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

Cooking & cleaning experience
Valid Drivers License
Dementia Care experience a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to Residents with dementia and complex medical conditions.
Support Residents by preparing meals, distributing medication, housekeeping and laundry services,
Follow programming plans to provide meaningful engagement for the enrichment of our residents lives.
