As a member of the Blakeford At Home team, you’ll feel a part of a community committed to exemplary service for our clients and support for our staff. We require our caregivers to be qualified to work in patient care, and they must maintain car insurance as they will be transporting clients. POSITION GOAL: The Caregiver provides assistance to older adult clients in their private home environments supporting their goal to live safely and happily as they age in place. Assist clients with physical activities of daily living, home chores, companionship and specialized memory care.
