Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate assistance with residents’ daily personal care needs, including dressing, grooming, toileting, bathing/showering, and safe walking/transferring
  • Administer medications in accordance with training, nurse delegation, and Nurse Manager supervision
  • Support residents during mealtimes through meal service, dining room preparation, and cleanup
  • Perform light housekeeping duties such as dusting, emptying garbage, laundry, bed-making, and vacuuming to maintain a clean, safe environment
  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and provide timely, attentive assistance
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented environment by collaborating effectively with coworkers and contributing to a supportive workplace culture
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and their families, ensuring dignity, respect, and high-quality care at all times
