About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care of Manassas-Gainesville is growing! We are seeking competent and talented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our amazing team of professionals as we deliver high-level, accessible home care to our clients in Prince William County . Client Location: Gainesville, Virginia This client suffered traumatic injuries from a car accident , including a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and physical injuries . We are looking for a skilled, patient, and compassionate caregiver who can provide attentive and supportive care. Home Helpers Home Care, is seeking a caring, compassionate Caregiver to provide service for a client in your local area. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 18 years of age with reliable transportation (driver’s license preferred)
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Must have the physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
  • Must be patient, attentive, and compassionate

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with brain injury or rehabilitation patients preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Delivering safe, high-quality, reliable, and compassionate care to our clients
  • Assisting clients with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, eating, transfers, and mobility support
  • Providing support for a client recovering from traumatic brain and physical injuries
  • Following the individualized care plan developed for each client
  • Documenting completed tasks after each visit
