About The Position

We are currently seeking Caregivers for Delaware and Chester County.
Visiting Angels of Chadds Ford is currently seeking amazing Caregivers to service clients in and around the Lincoln University area.
Responsibilities of a Caregiver:
Help keep clients’ home clean and clutter-free
Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and other errands
Perform personal care assistance, including bathing and grooming
Companionship and friendship for seniors and their loved ones
Maintain communication between seniors, their family members, co-workers, and office staff
Perform all non-medical home care services as needed
Visiting Angels Chadds Ford, PA serves Delaware county, Chester county and the surrounding areas.
ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.

Requirements

• Driver’s license, and reliable personal transportation
• Completed or ability to complete a 2-Step PPD or chest x-ray
• Clear background checks, and drug screening
• At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience, working with seniors preferred
• A compassionate, upbeat attitude and love for the senior community
• ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.

Nice To Haves

• CNA, HHA, and DSP Certification preferred
• Dementia /ALZ care experience is a plus
