About The Position
AE Home Care is seeking compassionate, energetic, and dependable Caregivers for a male client requiring specialized care. Position Details: Client: Male, quadriplegic Schedule: 1–3 days per week Shifts Available: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. PRN AS NEEDED 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Shift Length: 12 hours Care Requirements Include: Peri-care Bowel program/training PRN Repositioning every 2 hours Medication reminders Homemaking duties Additional Information: Client has a German Shepherd, so applicants must be comfortable working in a home with a dog. Requirements
- CNA preferred
- Experience with Hoyer lifts and complex care strongly recommended
- Rights to Work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License or State ID
- Auto Insurance
- Criminal Background Check
- Be Flexible and Accommodate for Weekends
- Hoyer Lift Experience
- To work Independently With Minimum Direct Supervision
- Negative TB Skin Test
- CPR/First Aid
- Be Professional With Clean Attire
- 3 Verifiable Work References
