Make a real difference by supporting individuals with disabilities Position: Caregiver - 2207R Starting Wage: $23.00/hour Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 3:15pm - 7:15pm Location: Beaverton, OR 🌻 Client Bio: I enjoy staying active and engaged in a variety of ways. I like chess and card games, and I love to read, work on puzzles, and listen to or share stories. I also enjoy being creative and artistic, which helps me express myself. I like soccer, spending time outdoors, and being physically active. Movement and fresh air are important to me and help me stay regulated and happy. Caregivers who take the time to engage with me in these activities, encourage creativity, and support an active lifestyle help me feel connected, understood, and supported. 🌻 Why Join Us? Requirements

  • 18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
  • CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
  • Own a smartphone
  • Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
  • Driver’s license and insurance for some roles

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Daily Living - From helping with meals, bathing, or getting ready for the day, you’ll provide care that helps members feel confident and comfortable.
  • Encouraging Independence - Join members on walks, shopping trips, or community outings, helping them connect with the world around them.
  • Building Life Skills - Teach and model everyday skills like cooking, managing money, and understanding social cues - empowering members to grow and thrive.
  • Keeping Things on Track - Follow care plans, offer medication reminders, and document progress so our team can celebrate every milestone together.
