About The Position

Caregivers needed in and around Havertown Visiting Angels of Mainline is currently searching for a Caregiver with Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, Direct Care Staff to work in Delaware & Montgomery Counties Main Line Area. Requirements

• CNA, HHA, and DC Certification
• At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience, working with seniors preferred
• Driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and current auto insurance
• Completed or ability to have a 2-Step PPD or chest x-ray completed
• References, background checks, and drug screening will be performed
• ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.

Nice To Haves

• Dementia /Alzheimer’s/ Hospice care experience is a plus
• Good communication skills in Spanish, Russian, or Italian is also a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform all non-medical home care services as needed
• Perform personal care assistance, including bathing and grooming
• Companionship and friendship for seniors and their loved ones
• Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and other errands
• Maintain communication between seniors, their family members, co-workers, and office staff
