Requirements

Active CNA or HHA certification
1 year of personal or professional caregiving experience
Level II Background Check
CPR Certification
Valid driver's license
Insured, reliable personal vehicle
Social Security Card
U.S. Employment Authorization

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Engage clients in conversation, hobbies, and meaningful social activities
Assist with mobility and transfers
Help with nighttime routines and occasional incontinence care
Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in a client's condition
Create a calm, safe, and comfortable home environment for every client
