About The Position

Caring Senior Service of Phoenix Central is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for evening, overnight, and night shifts. During the quietest—and often most challenging—hours of the day, night caregivers are the steady presence that keeps seniors safe, comfortable, and reassured in their own homes. If you prefer nights, value meaningful work, and want to truly make a difference, this role was made for you. Nighttime can be the most vulnerable time for seniors. Confusion, anxiety, sundowning, mobility challenges, and sleep disruptions are common after dark. Your presence helps prevent falls, eases fear, supports routines, and ensures immediate assistance when needs arise. Most importantly, you allow seniors to remain safely at home—and give families priceless peace of mind knowing their loved one is never alone.

Requirements

• Experience caring for seniors or adults (CNAs strongly encouraged to apply)
• Availability for evening, overnight, or night shifts
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• A calm, patient, compassionate, and dependable approach to care

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight companionship, supervision, and emotional reassurance
• Assist with personal care, toileting, repositioning, and safe mobility
• Support nighttime routines and monitor safety throughout the shift
• Help with meals, hydration, light housekeeping, and comfort needs
• Assist with errands or transportation when applicable
