Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (professional or personal) or CNA certification
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Compassionate personality with a heart for serving seniors
- Ability to work independently as a contractor
Responsibilities
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Light meal preparation and basic dietary support
- Light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable living space
- Companionship and conversation
- Safety supervision and encouragement
- Helping preserve the client’s dignity, independence, and quality of life
