About The Position

TheKey is hosting a Virtual Caregiver Job Fair on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 3:30 pm, offering on-the-spot interviews and hiring for qualified candidates. The company is seeking compassionate Caregivers (CNA/PCA/HHA) to provide private pay in-home care for aging seniors, particularly those living with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other cognitive impairments. Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
At least 18 years of age
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification
Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
Comply with state background screening requirements (Florida Clearinghouse)
Eligible to work in the US

Responsibilities

Providing gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety (Cognitive & Behavioral Support)
Assisting with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience (Personal Care)
Helping maintain a calm, familiar, and organized environment with basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing (Home Safety & Housekeeping)
Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping (Transportation)
Offering conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs (Companionship)
