Requirements
- Caregiving experience
- First aid certification
- Patient observation skills
- Assisted living facility experience
- Ability to perform ADLs
- Cooking skills
- Previous nursing home experience
- Knowledge of long term care practices
- Background in social work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- MUST have reliable transportation!
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate caregiving services to clients in their homes.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and observe patients for any changes in condition or behavior.
- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
