About The Position

We’re looking for friendly, dependable caregivers to help clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes. If you enjoy helping others, working independently, and building meaningful connections, this is the job for you.

Requirements

• Caring, patient, and dependable
• Good communicator who follows instructions and care plans
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
• Can read, write, and speak English
• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of a State-approved Nurse Aide or PCA course
• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role
• Current and valid driver’s license, with the ability to safely operate a vehicle in compliance with applicable laws

Nice To Haves

• 6+ months caregiving experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Assist with mobility, walking, and daily exercises
• Support meals, eating, and light meal prep
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, sweeping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms)
• Document care and report updates to your supervisor
